Job Summary:

Develops and monitors project schedules, inform Project Manager of status of project, progressing of tasks. Prepare cost estimates for construction projects to aid management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update project schedules based on task progress and milestones identified
  • Communication with discipline leads and other project team members on schedule activities
  • Update schedules to include scope changes, latest progress, and delivery information
  • Develop and distribute requested reports such as progress curves of actual progress versus scheduled progress and actual versus planned manpower
  • Review project schedule with team members to address any upcoming or overdue items
  • Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.

Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of construction activities    
  • Ability to work with multi disciplines to obtain required project information to update schedule
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • MS Project or Primavera P6
