Additional details include but are not limited to:

The  Training & Development Assistant coordinates with supervisors and managers to arrange training events for Huntsman Associates and contingent workers. Assists associates with questions pertaining to training sessions, scheduling conflicts, email notifications, and various other inquiries. Regularly provides technical support for the Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate training verification and certification retention. When required, updates computer based training courses (CBT’s) with the ReadyGo publishing software.

Coordinates with third-party including determining scopes of work, concluding service agreements and confirming payment. Generates and distributes monthly training compliance reports to designated managers, supervisors, schedulers and planners. Upon request, generates course/associate specific training reports for supervisors and managers.

Coordinates, schedules, administers and documents New Hire Orientation processes for Associates, Co-Ops, and Interns.

Assists with various Human Resource Department administrative tasks including, but not limited to; expense report assessments/recompenses, filing/copying secured personnel files, ordering department supplies, applicant interview scheduling, and maintenance of HR file/stock rooms.
