Summary:

Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates and for providing full life cycle recruiting support for approved job openings and proactive searches. Identifies recruits and facilitates hiring process in support of CDI’s Hiring Managers. Execute effective recruiting strategies while meeting individual, team and overall business goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for open positions and to meet hiring goals through various channels including but not limited to employee referrals, job boards, Internet data research, resume databases, associations, networking, and more.
  • Works closely and maintains positive partnerships with Hiring Managers. Understands skills and candidate profiles needed to fill positions in a timely manner and within goals established for CDI.
  • Ensures a timely and accurate order entry process and manages open order activity (proactive/marketing, open orders, closed orders).
  • Handles on boarding process as needed.
  • Serves as employment marketplace expert and evaluates best sourcing opportunities to find the top candidates. Stays on top of employment market trends and compensation for positions.
  • Evaluate resumes against job requirements and conducts detailed interviews, assessing skills and technical abilities as required. Schedules interviews with hiring managers, receives feedback and assists in negotiation of job offers.
  • Processes candidate on boarding as needed.
  • Maintains up to date information in applicant tracking system.
  • Sends and maintains up to date recruiting metrics as requested.
  • Ensures that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters.
  • Promotes and maintains a positive image of CDI Corporation.

Requirements:

  • Four Year degree preferred with a min of 4 years business experience
  • Four + years full cycle Oil, Gas & Chemical recruiting experience preferably in corporate recruiting area.
  • Knowledge of CDI’s industry verticals and recruiting for related skill sets.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills including excellent sourcing ability and MS Office required.
