  • Collect and enter Casualty Report information for expeditionary TOA equipment (e.g.; combatant craft, vehicles and equipment).
  • Collect and review PMS maintenance feedback received from the expeditionary force.
  • Identify, annotate and provide trend analysis of information viewing common failures or patterns.  Enter information into computer based databases.
  • Provide support to the COMNECC Type Desk on CASREP status.


  • Summarize all Casualty Report information onto a computer based spreadsheet which is briefed monthly.
  • Provide recommendations for maintenance feedback received from the expeditionary force
  • Enter all initial, update and close/cancel Casualty Reports into a reporting tool to maintain a history
  • Review, prioritize and record maintenance message traffic daily.
  • Review, process, prioritize and record maintenance feedback reports daily.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly status reports/briefs using Microsoft Office programs as required.
  • Assist in 3-M Maintenance Effective Review (MER) evaluation with input to maintenance procedures along with providing input to change MIPs and MRCs.
  • Interface with civilian, military and contractor personnel on a daily basis.
  • Perform as the MFOM coordinator for the CASREP generator application. 
  • Be Familiar with the NWP operational reporting requirements. 


  • In-depth experience with the Navy 3-M system.
  • Must be able to decipher, determine criticality of, and route message traffic to the appropriate chain of command.
  • Must be able to interpret Technical Feedback Reports, research, analyze, and make appropriate recommendations to the appropriate chain of command.
  • Must be able to coordinate schedules of multiple personnel.
  • Must have excellent computer skills using all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Access.
  • Must be familiar with Organizational Maintenance Management System-Next Generation (OMMS-NG).
  • Must be organized and able to work independently and with others.
  • Must have experience using the Navy or federal stock system.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.



  • Comprehensive knowledge of the 3-M maintenance system and feedback reporting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Organizational Maintenance Management System-Next Generation (OMMS-NG).
  • Familiar with casuality reporting.
  • Current secret security clearance.



  • This position requires US citizenship and will be subject to a security investigation, must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain, and maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access.


  • CARRYING and LIFTING. Ability to transport and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Employee may access remote areas of multi-level vessels
  • Must comply with Company’s Driver Safety Policy if assigned to operate company and/or rental vehicles
