Project Aide/Clerk

Port Neches, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Office programs or other programs
  • Filing and other document management tasks
  • Pick up/delivery of mail and distribution of mail and/or FedEx shipments
  • Receipt of materials from warehouse or other deliveries
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Assist teams with scheduling, organizing, meal planning/set up for meetings on or off-site
  • Assist with expense account preparation or Purchasing Card reconciliation
  • Responsible for preparing reports as directed which may include some level of data analysis.
  • Responsible for handling other clerical duties associated with multiple departments including maintaining files, records and office supplies.
  • Provides regular feedback and escalate issues to department leader and/or manager when appropriate. 
  • Ensures proper and consistent compliance with all company approved policies and procedures.

Educational & work Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working in office environment or in a position with office duties
  • May be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card
