CDI Engineering Solutions is seeking a Certified Right of Way Agent for a Land Management Operations Coordinator position to work at our Team Site in Port Neches, TX.  This is a full-time, benefited position. Seeking local talent - No per diem or relocation package. 

Job Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related experience, required
  • Bachelor’s Degree, required
  • Certified Right of Way Agent, required
  • Professional management presentation to conduct presentations, negotiate high level agreements, broker real estate deals
  • Civil Survey experience
  • Property Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Land Management Software
  • Must have a TWIC or able to obtain

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for conducting presentations, negotiate high level agreements, broker real estate deals.
  • Responsible for projects involving real property.
  • Responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of pipeline and land maps to include: grantees, grantors, lessees, lessors, licensees, licensors and perimeters.
  • Responsible for providing assistance in the development of central repository system for all records relating to real property records to include: Titles, Surveys, Deeds, Easements, Leases, Licenses, Permits and other.
  • Responsible for Due Diligence/research of ownership records for client projects involving real estate, Asset Divestiture and Acquisitions.
  • Responsible for Contract Administration and Compliance for the Site's Real Property Contracts (payments and income).
  • Must have a professional management presence. 
  • Reports directly to company VPs.
